The Challenge.

The St. Food Co. launched their business with a simple, in house built website however as the business grew they were looking to improve their online ordering experience for their customers and streamline their workflows & processes. They needed a sophisticated website solution that would cater for their retail and wholesale customers and talk to their inventory management system to avoid double handling of data.

After completing a strategy phase to understand how the St. Food Co business operated, a bespoke Wordpress solution was crafted around the existing business operations. The solution caters to both retail and wholesale customers and integrates with their Unleashed inventory management software to streamline the entire process from the initial order to delivery at the customers door. Once the website was launched a social media marketing strategy was implemented to expand their reach and exposure in the market and grow their customer base.
